It seemed like a good a time as any to show you one of my fancy bird drawings. I like designing pretty dresses from time to time. I want to eventually be skilled enough to design fancy dolls.
The problem with that idea lies in my lack of sculpting skills. Also, my painting skills are not as sharp as I would like. I have good control over the pencil, but that is just about it.
It is all a learning experience. You live and you learn. As for the bird design, the bird is native to the Sinai Peninsula. It lives in hot desert areas. The bird is also the national bird of Jordan.
It is good choice too. The rosefinch is a handsome little birdie. As for the drawing itself, I made it with markers and fineliner pens. I had already the colors planned.
That is why at times I was able to use red fine liner when the time came for it. I like the color pink a lot. I use it whenever I can. I like orange too. It is a pity that more stuff are not the color orange.
I think this is enough information about the little drawing. I was thinking of adding a video to this drawing. I have gotten into the habit of making a video per day. I want to avoid repeating myself.
Once I talk about my fashion drawings, it might a while before I mention them again. Aside from pretty birds, I am also designing maidens with jelly fish themed dresses.
I think I will omit those designs from the video. I have not done the final drawing of them as of yet. It might be a good returning video theme. This whole video thing is relatively new.
I have a finite amount of time in the day, and I have many things to do. I also need to take breaks for my own peace of mind. I also need to make time for exercising and for looking after my tiny plants.
Speaking of which, they seem to be developing flowers. I feel quite hopeful as far as my gardening future is concerned. Still, we will see how everything turns out in the end.
