This is one of my latest photos featuring some weird craft frogs. Some of the things you see in the Keys are just really bizarre. As of late, I have been desiring to return to the Florida Keys. I want to photograph more storefronts and the like. I usually only limit to the front because people tend to get annoying if you go inside just to take photos. They would not mind so much if they understood a bit of internet marketing.

I suppose some things cannot be helped. Most of the stores just seem to exist to look pretty. They would make more money if they charged a buck to enter their store. Give it the museum treatment and so forth. I have so many bright ideas. Anyhow, I took this photo while walking on the same street. There was just a row of interesting stores, and sights. I could have kept walking, but the night started to fall.

Normally, we never linger at night in Florida. Jeepers Creepers usually likes to hunt at night. Most people do not remember that Jeepers Creepers is the original baddy from Florida. Then again, most people barely remember that movie. I saw the newer version of it. It kept up with the original campiness of the original. My only issue was that it was a tad too polished.

It did not look old, and so I despised it. Why is it so hard to make new movies match the style of the old ones? As of late, the film industry in this country is in the middle of remastering everything ever made. They are also making a lot of super hero movies. I have neither the time nor the patience to sit through them. It is for this reason I am seeing foreign movies on Netflix. At least in the foreign market, originality has not died. Then again, not all of them are solid gold. They are somewhat entertaining.

As of now, I have been feeling a little tired as all. Then again, I just woke up like half an hour ago. It usually takes me like 8 other hours to finish waking up. It is for this reason that I only bother to write at night. I am usually wide awake, and ready to get to work. All throughout the day, I toy with new ideas. By the time I sit down to write, I already know what I am going to do. In the old days, I would write with a plan and a lot of key scenes.

Now, I do not bother with it, for the most part. I just come up with things depending on my thought or mood. The only thing that is the constant is the style of the book. I also tend to discredit the narrator. Unreliable narrators is sort of a Spanish thing. It started to become trendy when Don Quixote hit the scene. His story is one that I can always return to. Still, it takes a bit to get used to that somewhat archaic Spanish. It isn’t too archaic. Moving along, the photo was taken with a Fujifilm finepix camera.
