The first one I wanted to mention is hometown Cha cha cha. If it is Hornet, it would be Shaw, shaw, shaw. It is a story about a dentist moving to a small town rural area. There she meets a lazy type of guy and hilarity ensues. I like it cause of the scenery and the cooking. There is a decent amount of food things in it.

It is also not too long. However, the episodes are each movie long. Seriously, the TV show episodes in Korea last an hour. King the Land is about a maiden that goes to work at a hotel. The son of the owner is also doing internship. He wants to learn how things truly work in the lower strata of his business.

There is a lot of friction and misunderstandings between the two leads. This is to be expected of a romantic comedy. I like the scenery and food a lot. However, I have been to a better hotel than the one shown in this show. King’s Affection is about a maiden that must pretend to be a guy.

Her twin brother was the King who got murdered. Now, she must pretend to be the King to get her revenge. Her main romantic interest is her teacher. It sounds creepy, but it works cause they are both the same age. Plus, as King, she has all the power in the relationship. It has plenty of action and even a couple of assassination attempts.

Officer Black belt is about a mixed martial artist that is recruited to the police. The police needs help arresting some particularly violent criminals. So, this is were the protagonist comes in. As you can imagine with a title like that, this show has plenty of action. It amuses me. Squid Game needs no introductions.

The second season was meh. The trunk is about a guy who enters a marriage contract with a woman he doesn’t he. He does this because his ex-wife is punishing him. There is plenty of surrealist scenes cause the guy suffers from insomniac bouts. Keep an eye on the trippy chandelier.

When the phone rings, is the last tv show I saw. A guy and a maiden enter an arranged marriage, for political reasons. They have been living separate lives for 3 years. One day, the wife gets kidnapped by a crazy hacker. When the hacker calls the husband, the dude thinks it’s a scam.

So, the wife has to get herself out of the situation. When she escapes, she has the hacker’s encrypt cellphone. She uses it to get back at her neglectful husband. It has a lot of comic as well as dark elements. The final episode requires for you to skip the first half hour. It is a bit of a stupid mess. I won’t go into details. Trust me, you are going to thanks me.
