I did a new photoshoot of my Dream Valley dragon bjd doll. I used mirrors as an element, as well as some other stuff here and there.
The background I also painted it with acrylics, a long time ago. I need to get me new backgrounds.
In this photoshoot, I wanted to showcase all the different poses that the new ball jointed doll can do.
I took about 30 something photos. At a certain point, I used a few skulls as decoration.
Skulls combine well with dragons. The doll poses well. She has a nice steady body.
The dragon wings and the tail are an interesting element, as well as the horns. They can all seamlessly move, which is pretty cute.
The photos were all taken with a flash. I do not have a true photo studio. I just work with whatever I have lying around my bedroom.
Posing the new doll was quite amusing. It was a good call to go for the red paint job. The color red really makes her wings pop.
Then again, as far as dragon scale colors I am quite partial for the color red. I think it just makes my little draco bjd doll look cool.
I think blue could have also been a good option. I changed up the outfits of some of my dolls.
I will show you what they look like in the next photoshoot. The spring is just around the corner. I wanted to give them a fresher look.
I don’t have a lot of doll outfits, but I try to work with what I have. I want to vary the looks of the dolls as much as possible.
As of lately, I have been making the effort to progress a bit with the manga. Everything is a work in progress.
In addition, I have been progressing with my new Sacred Mask book. The third book is about halfway done.
I still need to add another 70,000 words. I have been window shopping a bit through the dolls and outfits for them.
It helps pass the time. When I am not writing or playing with dolls, I play a bit of video games.
They recently added Earthbound to the Nintendo thing.
I thought it would be a good a time as any to play that game that everyone rants so much about.
Aside from that, I played a bit the remastered Tony Hawk game.
I used to play the original a lot back when it was new.
It certainly brought back a lot of fond memories.
I only play the game long enough to rage quit.
There are certain days when I do the skating thing well.
Other times, it goes just goes terribly.
In any case, it is a good game to kill a little bit of time.
Killing time is just about everything I do as of lately.
When I get in the proper mood, I draw a little bit.
Lately, I have been in a bit of a writing type of mood.
Well, this is about it as far as warm up exercises.
It is important to try to get a little bit of writing done, even when you are not in a writing type of mood.
Anyhow, this is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Dolly Blogger, extra ordinaire. Sounds a bit pretentious, don’t it?
I am just trying to be a little bit funny, if only to extend the length of the blog.
Bye, Bye, and God bless.
I hope things are going well, in your home.
Happy Doll collecting, my deer, dear Chibi readers.
