The Kazoo is a fun instrument. A lot of little kids find the instrument amusing. I wish more people would play it. This is one of the weird reasons why I started my instrument drawing series. I did not want to just focus on the popular classical instruments. I have been slowly continuing with it. I draw one in between the manga I am making.

The instrument was invented by Alabama Vest, in Macon, Georgia. It started reaching stores around the end of the 19th century. The instrument hums or vibrates. I think this is enough information about the Kazoo. If you have one, try out for a band or something. It might give it a special type of flavor to it. More people should try different instruments in their bands.

There comes a time when all music starts sounding the same. I practically reached that point in my life. This is why I only listen to old music. The drawing itself was made with Derwent pencils, and Stabilo fineliners. Both synergize well together. The paper is from Leda Art supplies. It works better for these types of drawing than Strathmore mixed media paper.

Mind you, Strathmore is awesome for other types of nonsense.  I always use Strathmore to make my mangas. As far as my life is concerned, everything is pretty much the same thing. I have been thinking a lot on my birthday. Last year, I got my two new expensive dolls.

I would like to get two other fancy looking ones. I think I might get a Volks and a Pullip doll. The Pullip is a bit within my budget range. The Volks one falls under the arm and leg category. With any luck, we will be millionaires by then, and the money will not be an issue. Here is one hoping and hopping as well.

The days have been looking rather pretty. Too bad we are stuck indoors. The pool is finally looking clean. Once the new filter comes, we might be able to get in there. The sunflowers are also growing rather nicely. I think this is about it for now. I hope you find this drawing of a Kazoo amusing. Get one for your kids.
