I made a new background for my Doll theater. I went for an Art Décor feel. I painted the middle yellow and the other sides red and blue.
Afterwards, I added some stylized patterns into the mix. I made certain to integrate yellow in both the blue and the red panels.
This creates a cohesive look for the background. In the middle, I painted a stylized tree. The tree is inspired on Gustav Klimt’s works.
So, if it looks familiar, this is the reason. All in all, it was an interesting effort. The backgrounds are not meant to steal attention from the doll photoshoots.
They are supposed to compliment it. I think I ranted enough about my paintings for one day.
