Today, I did a photoshoot of my ballerina doll in a pretty red dress.
I took about 35 photos of my lovely bjd doll.
I fluffed up the bottom of her skirt in order to give it more volume.
Odette was made by Dollmore. The outfit belongs to my Dearmine bjd cat doll.
It is fun to see which doll can wear this pretty red outfit.
Once the doll was dressed, all that remained was getting the set ready for her photoshoot.
I used my two of my handkerchiefs for background elements.
The butterflies and the flowers worked well with the pretty doll.
I wanted to keep this solo photoshoot sweet and simple.
I did an emphasis on her ballerina body.
I tried to mimic the ballet poses to the best of my abilities.
The first half of the photoshoot was done in color.
The second half was monochromatic. I focused on the color red.
This made the doll stand out against the black and white background.
My new dollmore outfits arrived while I was on vacation.
It was a Christmas miracle that they were still at my doorstep when I returned home.
Then again, it isn’t common for things to get stolen from my neighborhood.
Regardless, I am always keeping an eye on the mail.
I recently pre-ordered a new bjd doll.
The new doll is themed after the Red Queen of Hearts of Alice in Wonderland.
I was able to order the White Queen dress, with the main doll.
The new bjd doll and her outfits are going to arrive in six months or so.
It gives me something to look forward to.
Aside from playing with dolls, I have been giving a kick in the teeth to my Youtube.
I combine my doll photoshoots with a doll video.
Since the doll is already dressed, I might as well make a little video while I am at it.
I think I ranted enough about dolls for one day.

It is always fun to window shop for dolls.
Most of the bjd dolls I own are either dream valley or Doll chateau dolls.
I have about two dollmore dolls. I am thinking of getting a third.
I still want to wait for my current pre-order to arrive.
