Today, I got around to making a new Barbie and Teresa photoshoot.
They are wearing dresses of similar styles.
The only difference is that Barbie is in a floral dress.
Meanwhile, Teresa is sporting a lovely white dress with a cute cherry pattern.
Both outfits have a similar theme. So, this is why I grouped both outfits together.
I tried to change up the background a bit. I didn’t want to steal too much focus from my Barbie dolls.
I have more outfits for these cuties. Even so, I want to drip feed you this content.
If I show you all the dresses at once, then I will have nothing new to photograph.
These dolls are rather light. Their joints are super stiff. This is a good thing.
It helps them maintain a pose. I can even get Barbie and Teresa to carry each other.
The Teresa doll has a bendy torso. This allows her to strike more complicated poses.
She is a tad more bendy that the Barbie doll I got.
Even if she can’t bent well, I am still happy with the Barbie doll I got.
I need to get around to styling their hair in different ways.
Still, this is a bit of a bother. I am not a good hairstylist.
So, I do not want to undo their hair.
I do not have the skills of giving them a hairstyle that looks cute.
For now, their hair is going to maintain its original look.
Like before, I did standing, sitting, lying down and portrait photos.
I also did a little video featuring my Barbie dolls.
It is going to be both in my Artsy Sister Youtube and Tiktok.
As far as Barbie doll collecting, you are only going to see two dolls for the time being.
I am not big on clutter.
It works better for me to have less dolls with more outfits, than the other way around.
I might get new cuties this Black Friday or in Cyber Monday.
It all depends on whether I run into a Barbie doll that I am just crazy about.
Since I put my Barbies to work, there is a lot to consider when I get a new Barbie doll.
First of all, she has to be articulated.
The more movable limbs, the better.
This criteria alone rules out a bunch of Barbie dolls with cool designs.
The next item on the menu to consider is her face.
She has to look photogenic.
The outfit is a low priority item. I am always changing the doll’s look.
So, what they wear doesn’t influence me in my Barbie doll purchases. If she meets those two criteria, then, I get the Barbie doll.
I think I ranted enough about my Barbie Dolls. I hope you find this bonus doll photoshoot amusing.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
