It has been a bit since I posted a new music instrument drawing. I have been focusing a bit on the manga and Doll Theater.
I am almost done drawing the linearts and the dialogue of the new volume. Once that gets done, I am going to get started on a new Scary Cat volume.
As for the drawing itself, it features a maiden wearing a nice dress while she plays the Berimbau music instrument.
It is a single string instrument that was created in Africa. It is now more commonly seen in Brazil. It is typically used when fellows are performing Capoeira.
It is the main tempo instrument. Despite having a single string, it can produce 3 distinct sounds.
It can do an open string sound, a high sound and a nice buzz sound. As far as setting the beat, this instrument is quite useful and it has an elegant shape.
All workouts come out better with just a little bit of music. The drawing was made with pencils, and some fineliner pens.
Aside from the drawing thing I have been working in the gardens. There is a new bad Caterpillar I have yet to find.
It is a good thing that the tomato vine that it is eating has just finished putting out tomatoes. Those tomato Caterpillars are such a pest.
