Yesterday was my birthday. Happy birthday to me. I am official 30 something years old. I do not like counting my gray hairs.
Those with the Blanco last name are famous for developing Grey hairs at an early age.
My father at the age of 40 was completely white haired. For my birthday, I got some new doll dresses.
I am going to show them to you eventually. On the meantime, here is my latest bjd doll photoshoot.
I paired up my Doll Chateau fairy, with 3 of my dream valley dolls. Each is quite unique in their own way.
Titania was a little uncooperative, with her high heels, but I managed to stabilize her. It helps to use a surface that doesn’t slip.
The background setting, I kept it simple enough. I didn’t want to distract the attention from the cute dolls.
The poses I just made them up on the spot. I didn’t use any references. I just posed them the way I thought they would look the cutest.
In a way, this is kinda like taking fashion photography, but with dolls as models. It amuses me.
It is truly relaxing to set up the dolls and take cute photographs of them.
This blog has about 36 new photos. I varied the structure of the photographs.
Some are standing, others sitting, and the rest are portraits.
I published a new book today. It is going to be up in Amazon real soon.
It is mainly a compilation of all my short stories.
I wanted to have them all in one book.
I also gave it a fancy new front cover.
I used stuff from my house and miniatures in order to make the design.
I really like how it came out.
I am currently in the editing stages of my new Sacred Mask 4 book.
I am a quarter done with the editing progress.
You can expect to see the next installment of the Sacred Mask 4 in the month of October.
I cannot give a specific date, because I am going to finish editing it, when I finish editing it.
Aside from writing stuff, I worked a bit in the garden.
We are going to be having new Papayas this winter.
I hope that the bugs do not eat them this time.
You live and you learn, I suppose.
My avocado tree is starting to grow, and all my tomato plants are dead.
The bell peppers will soon follow.
To save money, I am just working off my seed surplus.
It may take longer for the plants to grow, but the seeds do not cost me anything.
This is about it as far as my nonsense is concerned.
I hope you are having a lot of fun playing or collecting bjd dolls.
This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Take care of yourself, alright.
Bye.
