It has been a while since I photographed my elf doll.
He is so difficult to dress. This is due to his height.
He is also a bit of a skinny lad. So, I need to find big and skinny outfits for him.
I managed to find this top in the lady doll aisle. It was a perfect fit for him.
I think I might need some different tops for him.
For now, this is just the best that I have to work with.
Aside from dressing him, he is also a bit of a heavy lad.
If I am not careful, he can easily fall on me.
There isn’t a doll stand strong enough to keep him standing.
It is all a matter of finding the perfect center of gravity.
His standing poses are usually the most difficult.
Once I get that out of the way, the rest is easy.
I wasn’t able to finish my new dolly background.
So, I just flipped outside down an old background that I had painted. If it is upside down, then it looks different.
I went for a cold winter look. I think he ended up looking alright.
There is still a couple of weeks left in the winter. In other news, my pre-order doll has been shipped.
I even have a tracking number. I am looking forward to the new doll’s arrival.
This is going to be the last doll to arrive for a while.
I just do not have any more room for dolls.
I already have three drawers dedicated to doll clothing.
I like sharing with you my little doll hobby.
I hope that this photoshoot helps you smile.
I also did a video short of my new doll photoshoot.
I hope you find it amusing.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Bye, bye and God bless.
In other news, I am window shopping for new doll clothing.
Once I get something new, you will be the first person to see it. Bye.
