Today, I wanted to show you my latest bjd doll photoshoot.
I have my tiny doll Mein dressed in a cute blue outfit.
She is ready to go have fun by the beach side.
I did a bit of photo manipulation in some of the shots.
I focused on the color blue. I had a bit of a problem forcing the camera to focus on the close-up portrait shots.
I do not know why it has such an issue with small dolls.
In any case, it was an interesting effort to try to work around it.
Needless to say, I tried my best. I didn’t use too many props for this photoshoot.
I didn’t want to take focus away from the doll and her cute little outfit.
I have been thinking of painting new project board backgrounds.
This is easier said than done. Project boards are pretty big.
It is a long, time-consuming process to paint new backgrounds for the bjd doll photoshoot.
I will get around to it when I get around to it.
I have been taking these bjd doll photos for quite a long time.
It is amassing how many photos you can amass, by doing photoshoots just once a week.
This one alone has 27 pictures in total.
I normally like even numbers, but 27 photographs work just fine.
I have been doing solo photoshoot for quite a bit.
I do not want to steal attention from the outfit.
Plus, working with more than one doll is a bit of a pain.
If they have size difference, I need to figure out a way to balance dolls.
Some dolls balance themselves better than others.
My Mein doll has a pretty sturdy body.
She maintains her poses well. The downside is that her elastics are super tight.
So, she just snaps into whatever pose you put her. All in all, it was a fun experience.
Anyhow, I hope you find my latest photoshoot amusing.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
