Today, I got around to making the Halloween themed bjd doll photoshoot. The main doll is my Dollmore Dollphire BJD Doll.
The outfit and wig were also made by Dollmore. I named her Candice. It seemed like a good name for a cute vampire doll.
Having a vampire as a nurse seemed like an amusing idea. With the costume out of the way, I then needed to figure out the set design.
I brought with me the sofa. I changed the cover for the blue one. This gives it a bit more of a hospital feel.
For decoration, I added some vitamins bottles and some heartburn medication.
The other prop was a little see-through drawer I use to store doll shoes and accessories. I had some spare doll hands.
I used them creatively to give it a bit of a creepy vibe. The last prop worth mentioning is the surgical equipment.
While looking for through the drawers, I found a nail cutting kit.
Due to the size difference, they look like pretty big cutting tools.
The photoshoot has two parts. In the first one, I just feature the vampire nurse with the tools of her trade.
In the second half of the photoshoot, I have her threating a few patients.
I went for a bit of a comical vibe. No dolls were harmed in the making of this bjd photoshoot.
I have the vampire doll checking heart beats, and she administered some a few vaccines.
It is important to always stay healthy.
The other dolls featured in the photoshoot where Dollmore, Ringdoll and Doll Chateau cuties.
I hope you find amusing my first Halloween bjd doll photoshoot.
I worked really hard on the photos I took.
Aside from playing with dolls, I have been working on a new website.
It is dedicated to my books.
I have also been watching a Korean Drama Called The King’s Affection.
It keeps me moderately entertained.
On the weekend, I went to a kid’s birthday party.
It had been a longtime since I fed the mosquitoes.
The party was at the house of one of mother’s friends.
The place had changed a lot since last I visited. I took some nature photos. They have a lot of fun gardening projects.
All in all, it was a different day. Most of my days are identical to the previous.
On Monday, I checked out my Papaya trees. They are sprouting fruits again. So, that was nice. I ranted enough for one day.
Happy Halloween! This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
