This is the first official photoshoot I do for my new bjd doll Inanis. She was made by Dearmine.
I made it Christmas themed because it is the most wonderful time of the year. Here I am enjoying my fully repaired air conditioner.
Thank you, Santa for giving me a fistful of bills to pay. All joking aside, I really thought it would be amusing to do a Xmas themed bjd doll photoshoot.
The reason has to do with the fact that the doll is a cat. We all know cats fascination with the Christmas tree. This is why I took a couple of photos around the Christmas tree.
I tried to keep them varied. The doll is a little too heavy to safely nestle inside the Christmas tree. So, this is why most of the Christmas tree photos where done without showing the lower half of the doll.
The doll came with a nice red outfit. For that reason, it was unnecessary to change up her outfit. She came looking nice and proper for the holidays.
Aside from the Christmas tree photos, I took one with her in different poses. The doll is quite light on her feet, and she has interesting movement specks.
I am still trying to figure out how to best pose her. Overall, the blue eyes are her most stunning quality. Then again, I like blue eyes a lot.
My father had green eyes. I always regretted the fact that I was born with boring, brown eyes.
All in all, eye color is nothing too fancy to get worked up about. Eyes mainly serve a purely utilitarian purposes. Aside from playing with dolls, I have been spending the Christmas time loafing about somewhat.
I have been playing Dragon’s Dogma a bit. We are still within the queue line waiting to get our PS5.
I don’t know what is going to arrive first, the PS5 or that BJD doll I preordered about 6 months ago.
Well, you live and you learn. The new doll is probably going to arrive next year. During the holidays, mail tends to be rather slow.
I am just sitting here roosting, waiting for time to pass. I hope next year is a little better than last year.
It is probably going to be super easy for 2022 to outdo this year. The second part of my book is progressing well.
I already have some general plot ideas for the third part. I am also polishing the first part a bit.
Everything is a work in progress as all.
Once I am done editing the second part, I will also update the first part of the Sacred Mask.
I am also getting around to completing the third volume of Scary Cat.
I have been more in a writing type of mood.
For that reason, the drawing production line has slowed down somewhat.
Aside from writing and playing games, I have started watching the new Dexter show.
I truly wished they had made a better presentation. The original was so charming.
The new one is a bit meh. All in all, the show has its moments.
It keeps me moderately entertained. I added some new plants to the garden, and a new layer of good dirt.
I also found a stupid tomato caterpillar.
It was eating my bell peppers. I think this is about it as far as my nonsense is concerned.
