A new dress arrived for my Coral Reef bjd doll. This was the clown outfit of one of their dolls. I was in the mood to get a new bjd doll.
Since I have a lot of dolls, I just opted to order a fancy dress instead. It took a while to arrive. Then again, they say that good things come to those who wait.
Putting on the dress was a bit of a pain. The outfit had a lot of moving parts. I started with the under dress. I added the corsage, the ribcage and then the skirt.
The shoes had to be ordered separately. They complete the look of the doll. The thing about red shoes is that they go well with most outfits.
If the outfit doesn’t have red, just add red Successories. Once the doll was dressed, all that remained was to pose her. I didn’t do too many complicated poses. The outfit had to be the main star.
I used the couch prop this time. The doll looked cute sitting like a pretty lady. The wig was made by dollmore. I went for a colorful scheme. Blue and pink looks well on the doll.
