Today I did a short photoshoot featuring my vampire doll, and two other cuties. I did a few small changes to the background.
I also tried to keep the poses of the doll, nice and original. All three of them have nice, steady legs. The standing poses with more than one doll is difficult.
I try to keep them balanced against a heavy background object. The mirror prop offers extra support. It keeps me from having to rely on a doll stand or two.
I think next week I will do an interesting type of photoshoot theme. I think I will have different dolls wear the same dress, and then we will see who wore it best.
We were thinking of visiting the Keys to eat some fish, but our short trip to our favorite restaurant had to be cancelled because of the rains.
Food is one of the few things that puts a smile to my face. I also like to play around with dolls. I am mentally brainstorming a new type of book here and there.
I wanted to make it a bit more futuristic. It would be a nice change of pace from the usual fantasy genres that I write.
In my garden, a lightning bolt struct one of my Papaya trees. The papayas that were still in the tree exploded, and then the stray cat nibbled on everything.
So, I wasn’t able to salvage the last papayas of the summer season. I was at least able to save a few tomatoes. They are growing at a nice rate.
The only problem is that the tomato plants have a plague that is slowly eating up the plants.
From time to time, it gets caterpillars. It is just what you would expect from a typical gardening project.
With the rains, there comes an increase of the bug population. The black cat that lives in my yard likes to eat fruit.
I see him every day in the mango tree of the neighbors, eating mangos. He also developed a bit of a taste for my Papaya fruits.
There was one fruit that had cat claw marks. So, I think that the cat knocked it out of the tree.
If it wasn’t the cat, it probably was an opossum mother. She sometimes roams the yard looking for roaches.
Video game wise, I am still getting my money’s worth from Elden Ring.
I am just sweeping through the map, in search of adventures.
She probably developed a taste for fruit.
I need to get around to drawing something amusing.
This is about it as far as my nonsense is concerned.
I hope you like my new dolly photographs.
This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Bye, bye and God bless.
