Today, I got around to making a new Hollow Knight fanart. I was making a parody of an old movie poster.
The movie is called How to Marry a Millionaire? I used the Mantis Lords as stand ins for the actresses that show up in the movie poster.
It had been a while since I made a new Hollow Knight fanart. I was unwell up until recently.
A mysterious illness made my elbows and knees swell. This made it impossible for me to draw and write.
Thankfully, I got better with the help of powerful antibiotics. So, I am trying to get back to my old happy routine.
In this drawing, I wasn’t trying to do anything popular. Most folks have forgotten about old movies.
I simply saw that old movie poster and I decided to make a Hollow Knight fanart out of it.
There is no special reason behind this drawing. It was fun to dress up the Mantis Lords like normal humans.
It was difficult to decide how to they were going to wear pants over their Mantis bum.
This drawing just shows what I came up with. Originally, I was going to do Emilitia and two other bugs.
I ended drawing the Mantis Lords instead.
Once they marry their Geonaires, they are going to bite the heads off their husbands, such is the way among the Mantis Tribe.
All in all, it was an interesting project. I had a lot of fun making this drawing. I hope you have a lot of fun looking at it.
