I did a new Hollow knight poll. I wanted to decided the dress theme of my next fanart.
The winner of the poll was Greek fashion. For a while, it was a tight race between Greek and Mayan.
In the end, Greco roman fashion won. I guess folks just like those dashing Greek togas.
As my models, I chose the Mantis Lords. They are always fun to threes up. The painting I am referencing is called Midsummer by Albert Moore.
It shows two maidens fanning a woman sitting on a throne. When I saw this painting, I just knew that they were the Mantis Lords.
The twins are fanning their older sister, who is tired from the fight. I took care to show the throne in all its glory, without making the painting seem too crowded.
Like before, I first drew it in paper before turning into a lineart. In line art form, I was able to add the colors in photoshop.
This is just a beautiful, graceful fanart.
