Today, I did a silly new Hollow Knight parody. I was getting bored of making painting references, so I decided to reference a movie.
In this one, I am mimicking the movie poster of the movie the Birds. The Birds is a famous movie by Alfred Hitchcock.
One day, all the birds start attacking humans. They take breaks every so often, before starting again.
In the world of the Hollow Knight, the equivalent of those aggressive birds are the Belflies. You first encounter them in the City of Tears.
They attack the player as soon as you approach them. For the blonde actress, I used Emilitia.
I use her whenever I am depicting a blonde maiden from the 50s and 60s. I do not know why, the shape of her head reminds me of those blonde maidens.
In my version, Emilitia finally got the courage to leave her house for a couple of minutes. The moment she stepped outside, the Belflies starter to attack her.
Those critters are really common in her neighborhood. I added about three in my fanart version, in order to mimic the movie poster.
The outfits have her usually blue and purple color. She also has a silly purse because she is a fashionable lady.
The purse also has all her geos. She is really in big trouble with 3 Belfies after her.
