It is pretty obvious why those snails have such names. They are pretty nice to look at. Most of the animals names are just a general description of their looks.

The Candy Cane Snail is native to Hispaniola. They live mostly in trees. The Emerald snail is an endangered species.

They are hunted because of their cute look. They are native to Papua New Ginea. Anyhow, I painted those lovely little numbers with ink arts.
