This is just another one of my traveling photos. It was taken last summer. Last night, we made it back from the Elton John concert. It was interesting just driving up there. We do not go often to the Adrian Center. We always need to use the GPS to get there. Yesterday, the GPS was not cooperating. We only found out about it later, when I played Pokemon Go with my brother’s cellphone. The Pokemon Go game allows you to visually see the errors of the GPS. It was running around all over the place. He had guided us to the place map style. The GPS got a little crazier when we got the center of Miami Beach. We got to the main building real quickly. It ended up taking half an hour to make it to the valet parking. Mother went to the one of the Lexus. A couple of years ago, parking for her car was free. When she got there, the valet said it was free for the first 20 cars. The rest of the people had to pay 50 bucks to park their car.
We went up the stairs to make it to the concert. When we were in the security line, I read up that we should check up on keys. Mother said that she had the keys on her person. When it finally sunk in, we had to run all the way down. The car without its key turns off when we move far away. The guys had to move the entire car, to make room for other people. They were waiting for a crane to transport the car when we finally got there. It was both our faults. The valet forgot to ask for the key and we forgot to give it to the fellow. We ended up missing the first song. We sat pretty high up. In part, because the seats were cheaper and the music was not too loud. I do not like loud music. This is why I rarely go to concerts.
Anyhow, this was Elton John’s final concert. He played for encores for the crowd. It is important for singers to always do an encore. It tends to get people angry when you do not do it. One time when brother went to see Baby Metal, the maidens did not felt like doing an Encore. The US fans tend to be vindictive chumps. Back to Sir John, he was retiring because he was now a family man. He had been working for like 50 years. One would think enough was enough. His piano came with a movable platform. Late in the concert, it started to lazily move left and right. It seemed cute with the fog machine. He is not my favorite singer, but it was at least enjoyable. I always go to concerts with my family. I suppose this is just about it with everything. I am mellowed out. I will probably go wash my hair or something.
