Today, I did a new bjd doll photoshoot. I am trying to get back to business as usual.
I want to completely forget about the time I spent in the hospital.
It has been a while since I did a two bjd doll photoshoot. I chose my vampire doll and my smaller normal looking doll for the photoshoot.
I had two little lamb outfits for these dolls. Both outfits were made by dollmore.
The big outfit is more like a onesie type of deal.
The smaller outfit has more of a wilder feel to it.
Both outfits feel smooth to the touch.
They may have been made with real lamb wool.
I like the little teddy bear in the small outfit. I think it is a cute detail.
I chose a simple prop for the background. I had strong hues in the back, in order for the white outfits to stand out.
The basic plot is that Mary had a little lamb. She was white as snow.
Mary is trying to put her little lamb to rest, but she is not tired.
I divided the photoshoot in three parts. The first two feature the bjd dolls individually.
I wanted you to get a feel for the look of the outfits.
I did a standing, a sitting and a portrait photo.
The other photos feature both dolls together.
It was interesting to come up with poses for two dolls.
Thanks to the size difference, there was a lot to consider in order to create a balance composition.
It all sounds more complicated than what it actually was.
I find it soothing to do these bjd doll photoshoots.
It is just me, my dolls and my camera.
I am not too concerned about the final results.
As long as I am satisfied, then everything else is alright.
There is always going to be some folks that do not like your work, and that is fine.
We are all entitled to our own opinions.
I want to take this moment to remind my reader to take it easy.
Stress has a way of making you ill.
Trust me. I know from very recent experience.
Have faith that everything will work out in the end. In any case, I hope you like my latest bjd doll photoshoot.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
