Not all sculptures have to be giant in order to be impressive. This one is of the home brew variety. It can easily fit in your living room, or your music room, if you live in a mansion. It is just pretty nice in a trendy sort of fashion. I never did quite get the difference between art and craft. For me, if it looks awesome frame it up. If it is an eye sore, then it belongs in the garbage can. Then again, as a chick I tend to have a preference for things that look visually appealing. I cannot say what I like about it.
Well, I could. I have enough words in my vocabulary to express myself. I just like sounding all cheesy from time to time. Most people’s houses are overstuffed with junk. Our new house is getting there. For now, we are trying to keep it on the download. When we were moving, we ended up throwing away almost half the stuff that we owned. It was a real pain, and we do not wish to repeat the experience at least for another decade.
As for this sculpture thingy I like the use of gold and orange. Both colors belong to the warm spectrum. It tends to draw people’s eyes to it, and give them that warm fussy feeling. In movies, they use filters in quite the same way. They understand the relationships between color and people’s feelings. All bleak movies tend to have a blue filter. Romantic comedies tend to have orange or red filters. It is more noticeable if you look at white cars. If the white car looks bluish, you can see the filter it was used. I am not a big fan of using any sort of gimmick with my photos.
If it did not come out right the first time, no about of photoshop is going to fix it. The opposite is also true. If your photo looks amassing, then there is no need to try to make it even better. Then again, this perspective of mine would bankrupt the photoshop people. Did you know? Photoshop originally had nothing to do with photos. The program was created for graphic animation. They only added the photo aspect when people kept using it to edit the photos. This is one of the cases were mislabeling something had some hilarious consequences.
Today is Sunday and we had to change the time. The days are going to be getting a lot shorter from here on out. I am not a big fan of those daylight saving hours deal. They mess with my Rem cycle. I am still trying to recover from it. Speaking of which, my room has a serious light problem. At night, the moon shines in my face. During noon, the sun shines in my face. I should get better window shades. However, we have nobody to install them, and we are pretty cheap sometimes with the way we spend money. We buy a new Nintendo console, but we do not fix the cavities in our teeth.
Then again, it doesn’t bother me at all, as long as I don’t let cold stuff fall into the cracks. I also wash my teeth after I eat to prevent more damage. I suppose this is just about it. Tomorrow, I am going to see if I finish editing my Melina book. I will have it published in Amazon like super soon. Look forward to it. The photo itself was taken with my Fujifilm camera. I was first a Canon type of person, but I switched to Fujifilm, because it had a stronger lens. I like taking high resolution photos.
