Most gardener speculate about the pros and cons of milk. All in all, I applied it to the flower to protect it from powdery milkweed. It is rather common during the winter. Unlike all the other problems, this one is usually dire and hard to manage without a lot of pruning. Sure, I could use a more extreme chemical means.

Still, I think that might be overkill. The long and short of it is that I watered individual branches with evaporated milk mixed with water. Recently, all the new flowers it has produced have looked somewhat orange and some even look just like this one. I suppose it has too much milk or calcium.

There have been instances were it has produced a healthy red and orange mix of flowers. This gives one a lot to think about. I saw a little hummingbird yesterday. It was all over the elegant Hibiscus tree. I wish it did give out more flowers. I suppose it might become commoner as spring starts to arrive.

The red rose bush has yet to produce new roses. The new one has not felt like opening. It might be interesting if they become crosspollinated. This might help the new flower produce seeds and whatnot. The lonely rosebush has not produced fruits or seeds in years.

It might be interesting to grow a rose bush from scratch. I am getting a little ahead of myself. This is just about it as far as everything is concerned. Today has not been a decent day as all with all the nonsense and the bad dream. I just feel sleepy as all. Goodnight, then my good friends.
