Yesterday, I was hanging out in my garden. I do not like to visit often because of the bugs. When I was bathing, I noticed a couple of bites on my leg. I have what they call mosquito skin. Those little creatures, how they nib and bite. Anyhow, the garden has been developing rather nicely. We have a little plant nursery. Nothing was growing last year, it was real depressing. I managed to get something to start developing when I putted egg shells.
They were key to keeping the snails away. The snails eat the plants. Normally people poison them. However, I have butterflies, so I prefer not to poison them. A couple of days ago my brother saw a giant yellow butterfly. That is actually the name of the butterfly. It is native to Florida. We wanted to take a picture, but the bastard flew by rather fast. It did not stand still enough to take a candid. From time to time, we see it flying by. Lately, the weather has been a bit unstable. Then again, this is normal in Florida.
In one block it can be pouring and in another it can be sparkling sunshine. I guess it has to do with the arrangement of North to South of most of the cities. Well, the rains have been helping the plants. I normally prefer not to water the plants. Irrigation tends to mess with the soil quality. It is better to let it rain, instead pouring water. Tab water is rarely pure. Then again, I am not much of a farmer. I planted the roots of an onion. I want to see if it will grow. I have my fingers cross.
