Reclining Classical Maiden Drawing

This is another one of my beautiful anime drawings. It is a maiden resting on the floor. Well, the original was resting on the couch. I got the pose from a painting. I tend to sketch from paintings, because it is good practice. It also humors me a bit. In the old days, I used to sketch pokemon and yugioh cards. I eventually moved on to making my original drawings. As of now, I have gotten a little bit more refined. Then again, I am not the sort of fellow to snob works I find appealing. My mother recently said that my paintings were a tad infantile. Most of the bulk of my work would fall under infantile, indeed. I do not bother to think what other people would like.
Rather, I draw what I find amusing or at least pleasant. For the time being, my family needs to go shopping for groceries. However, we are far too comfortable. These days we rarely feel like going outside. The new house is quite comfortable. It only has one tiny issue, and that is the bathroom. It only has one. This is rarely an issue except when we go eat at Applebees. Whenever we eat dessert, we usually have to go as soon as we arrive home. I suppose this is enough about the toilets. My mother and my brother play chess a lot. Every night they play a single game. I used to play chess with my brother, but I got tired of losing. I was never a good chess player.
I always had a problem with the attacking phase. Then again, one should always play the game trying to give checkmate. I feel a tad hungry, but I do not feel like going out to buy any food. I suppose I could order the most amassing pizza out there. Then again, I do not want to get fat. I already ate pizza a couple of days ago. I cannot allow this to become a habit. In the old house, there was a while when I used to eat a tiny pizza a day. I would then compliment it with a Copa Lolita. A Copa Lolita is a type of dessert. It is two scoops of ice cream with a fan in the middle. One then puts whatever else you want into the ice cream. I usually put whip cream, cookies, sprinkles and caramel syrup.
It is fun to reminisce about all the yummy foods you have eaten in the past. Another nice looking ice cream I ate was in Universal Orlando. It was in the Harry Potter segment. They had a pretty nice ice cream shop. It had a thin swirl mixed, with the regular ice cream. It makes me salivate just thinking about it. I suppose there is no point in continuing to talk about food. This is an art store, after all. Then again, I like ice creams that look yummy to eat. I think I will buy ice cream today. I suppose this is just about it. The new maiden was drawn with my Leda Art Supply sketchbook. I first pencil version was done with a royal and langnickel pencil. The pen lines were drawn with two different types of sakura gelly pens, three Staedtler pens, and two morris bamboo pens. The pencils are from Art 101 and Derwent. The eraser is pentel. I hope you find this useful for your drawings.
