Today, I did a bjd doll photoshoot. It features my smallest doll in many different outfits. The doll was made by Ringdoll.
I wasn’t certain what type of background I wanted to go for. I ended up making two small sets for the photoshoot.
Since she is a small doll, it is pretty easy to set up the background elements. The first set features checkerboard background.
The other is themed after a library. I had a few miniature books in the mix, as well as a novelty sharpener that resembled a typewriter.
As far as the dresses, I used all but the original she came in with. I have already taken enough photos of the doll with her original witch dress.
Since the doll is so tiny, she can use the outfits of the Chelsea Barbie dolls. I have been thinking of getting her new outfits.
I am going to get to it when I get to it. On the meantime, I wanted to show you what I already have for this doll.
I also need to get around to buying her tiny shoes that do not get stuck on her feet. She has cute little feet, anyhow.
So, the doll being barefoot looks cute. Among the outfits that also fit the doll are the ones worn by the taller LOL Surprise dolls.
The torso is a perfect fit, and the waist kinda works for this doll. I tried to keep the poses somewhat varied.
The tiny bjd doll has a little bit of difficulty maintain the elbows bent. The legs at least do what they are supposed to.
The eyes of the doll look real pretty. Lavender pink is such a pretty eye color for dolls. I almost like it as much as the color blue.
It is no coincidence that most of my dolls have blue eyes. It is my favorite eye color, which is a pity considering that my eyes are brown color.
Not that it matters much in the grand scheme of things. I do not bother to get out of the house much these days.
The farthest I go to is the garden, and that is to water my plants. My papayas are growing nicely. They are in the process of ripening.
I still have some of the sweet dessert from the first harvest. All in all, I managed to produce at least 10 salvageable papayas.
Aside from gardening, I am already up to the last two chapters of my Sacred Mask book. I then have to reread it.
Of all the Sacred Mask books, this one seems to be the longest. I am already up to 200,000 words. I have tried to keep the flavor of things quite varied.
In addition to writing, I tried to do a few practice drawings. I have yet to work up the energy to draw new pages for the Manga.
There are a few volumes that have yet to be published, but I will get to it, when I get to it. Writing books is a faster process.
With mangas, I need to add the shading and then the dialogue. It is just bit of a time-consuming progress. I try to keep myself busy.
I hope things are going well for you. This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, Bye and God bless.
Time for an ice cream break. Not that you asked, but I will be having Dulce de Leche ice cream.
It is my favorite flavor. I like strawberry ice cream as well. IT combines well with Cheesecake.
