Today, I did a new bjd doll photoshoot. In this one, I only used one doll. The doll, the outfit and the wig were all made by dollmore.
I just put it all together. That is the fun thing about bjd dolls.
With just a wig and dress, the bjd doll looks completely different.
The rococo dress is as big and cumbersome as it looks.
The doll was extremely uncooperative. I did manage to get at least 30 decent photographs.
The first few feature the doll with a green riding hood.
The rest of the photos feature the doll without the hood.
The green helps to accentuate the soft pastel red colors of the dress.
I think the dress is probably salmon color or something.
The set came with a feathered hat and a necklace.
I had her sport her usual ballerina shoes. You can barely see them under the dress. It is quite the big ensemble.
The theme of this one was reading. There are a lot of classical paintings featuring beautiful maidens reading.
I was going for that theme with this bjd doll photoshoot. I also had her looking at herself in the mirror.
I got a decent amount of portraits photos as well. The couch prop complimented well the time period that I was going for.
Aside from the photographs, I also did a short Youtube and Tiktok video.
It should go online relatively soon. I expect it be done before nightfall.
All in all, it was amusing to photograph such a lovely looking doll.
The poses were a little limiting. You couldn’t see what her feet were up to.
So, I just limited myself to posing the hands.
The dress itself was the star of this bjd doll photoshoot.
I am almost out of new dresses for my dolls.
Soon, I am going to have to rotate the outfits.
This works just as well. I am running out of space to put my new doll outfits.
Ideally, I would like to have a drawer for each of my dollies.
For now, I have two drawers overstuffed with bjd doll outfits.
I think I ranted about the photoshoot enough.
I hope this photoshoot makes you smile.
I worked really hard on it. This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Bye, bye and God bless.
