Today, I made a new Hollow Knight fanart. I was tired of doing painting references. So, this time I decided to do a movie parody.
I chose the movie poster for the Breakfast Club. It seemed like the perfect idea in my head.
All that was left was to find the Hollow Knight equivalents of the protagonists from the Breakfast Club movie.
For the beauty, I chose Hornet. She dresses in red, so she seemed like the perfect character to put in the foreground.
I balanced out her red colors with Brumm. Brumm is canonically the rebel of the Hollow Knight game.
He rebelled against his Master Grimm, in order to put an end to the Ritual. For the Nerd, I chose Quirrel.
He provides a bunch of exposition dump for the Chibi Knight, throughout the game. He is also fascinated by the myths of Hollownest.
He travels the decaying Kingdom to learn everything there is to know about the place.
He also worked in the Teacher’s Archives. So, he is the perfect character to embody the Nerd character of the breakfast Club.
For the jock, I chose Zote the Mighty. He acts like the jock stereotype, even in his small form.
The recluse is Bretta. Her mannerism is almost identical to that of the maiden from the Breakfast Club movie.
She is a bit of a recluse, and also a writer. She doesn’t get out of her house much.
I rewrote the top and bottom texts as best I could. I wanted to make it related to the Hollow Knight world.
