This is quite the little interesting photo I took while inside the pool. It was a cloudy day, and so it came out rather dark and the like. The thing I am wearing is my sunblock. The normal sunblock was not cutting it, so we decided to put on our winter clothing to swim in the pool. It worked pretty great. The one day I did not wear it, I got sunburned. The funny thing is that I got sunburned on a super cloudy day. So, now I take the sun really seriously.
I like the water element a lot. The distortions it makes are really hard to replicate with computers and stuff. Most of the people who do underwater photos do it the fake way. I suppose that a lot of models do not know how to swim or hold their breath underwater without holding the nose. There is a trick to it. I never learned it. I too need a mask to swim underwater.
I can swim without it, but I must hold my nose. It truly slows me down quite a bit. This is as low as I can go without putting on the swimmer mask. I think the photo came out interesting enough. The ripples over the surface of the water look pretty neat. The pool was more or less clean, in spite of the people. I do not want to go into details about it. Just use your imagination and you will probably be right. The pool is always best enjoyed without knowing what lies beneath the waves.
