It has been quite a bit since my family visited the Nobu or the Eden Roc. Both hotels are pretty much the same. They share a pool and everything. They switch the costumers around between them. Frankly, I prefer the accommodations of the Eden Roc. It has an indoor hot tub which is a lot of fun. The one by the pool side is pretty warm. It is not hot at all.

Sure, if it was too hot we would not be able to roost there for hours. The place is somewhat recovered after the Irma incident. Still, you can see the effects. There was a place that was more forest like. Now, it is a children’s park. It was easier and cheaper than bothering to grow trees.

There was already a lot of sand from the beach. The tide must have risen like a lot during the Hurricane. I am usually pretty scared during Hurricanes. Anything can happen. All the houses were we live are on top of mounds. This protects them from floods. We have extra protection because we have a lot of trees.

They are always water hungry, and their roots circle the entire house. Aside from trees we have palms and Vascular plants. They are all fully grown, which is cool. It gives a nice depth to the entire garden. All that we are missing is a cat. The neighbor has two. We want to lure one to live in our garden, and do cat stuff.

We even placed a cat box. We have decided to move it to the back garden. The front garden is not luring the fellow. We cannot see the cat were it is now. At least in the back garden, we are going to be able to see the cat living within. I think this is about it as far as my ramblings are concerned.

I thought this photo looked interesting enough. My underwater camera can only take good photos during bright, sunny days. This was one of such days. I hope you find it entertaining and that it reminds you of summer. Most of the US is like frozen solid, almost like the movie The Day After Tomorrow.
