It had been a while since I visited the Cheesecake Factory. The last time I went there was for my birthday. I like going there every once in a while.

The one in Dadeland mall is a little bit far from my house. A good dessert is the only thing that lures me out of the house these days.

In order to avoid waiting in line, we made a reservation. It didn’t cut that much on the wait time.

To pass the time, I took some photos and videos of the scenery. I also photographed the place where they keep all the cheesecakes.

They were so close, yet so, far away. After half an hour, we managed to get to our seat.

The place was extremely packed. There were at least two birthdays taking place in the restaurant.

We got our bread pretty early. It is nice that now they offer two bread varieties. The bread was free, and we also ordered an appetizer.

We had the best mozzarella sticks in the history of mozzarella sticks. Even the sauce was amassing.

For drinks, I had a strawberry smoothie, and my brother had a lemonade.

Mother had a Margaritta. The main course had pretty generous portions. I wasn’t able to finish most of my parmesan chicken sandwich.

We had to take our cheesecakes to go, since we were so full. In total, it was 130 bucks.

This may sound like a lot, but these days going to any restaurant costs more than 100 bucks.

All in all, it was a pleasant dining experience. The waitress was attentive. She refilled our water at least three times.

I think I ranted enough about food for one day. I still have so leftover cheesecake I need to finish. I tend to eat it over the course of a couple of days.

This makes it less fattening, and I get to enjoy my cheesecake for longer.

You can enjoy all types of food, as long as you eat them with moderation. Exercise also helps. I do 5-minute workout every two hours.

If I feel particularly energetic, I work out once every hour. It helps to partition it that way.

Like I said before, moderation is key. This is Teresita Blanco, the very hungry Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
