Today, I felt like doing a new bjd doll photoshoot. The theme of this one was wigs. I have about 13 wigs, that can fit five of my dolls.
The ballerina and vampire dolls are dollmore. The goat doll is Doll Chateau. The cat doll is dearmine, while the elf doll is Dream Valley.
The first thing I did was decide the background. I chose a background that was mostly white, in order for the black and brown wings to stand out.
Since the photos were going to be portraits, I wasn’t too fussy about the carpet. I didn’t bother to change the outfits of the dolls.
I kept them the same throughout the photoshoot.
The entire purpose of this photoshoot was to show you how the look of the doll changes, purely through the power of the wig.
The guy doll I threw in there as a bit of a wild card.
It was a delightful surprise that all the wigs fitted on his tiny head, more or less.
Some of the wigs were a snug fit. The cat doll had the smallest head of all the bjd dolls participating in this photoshoot.
The magnetic ears helped keep the wig in place.
As far as difficulty, it was a bit of a hassle to put the different wigs on my goat doll.
I had to keep installing and uninstalling the ears and horns.
This photoshoot took a little bit longer than usual.
It was worth it in order to keep my viewers amused.
I hope this photoshoot inspires you to get more doll wigs.
The wigs alone are enough to make the doll look completely different. I tried to keep the lighting consistent.
It didn’t affect the overall presentation. The poses were not too dynamic.
I didn’t want to steal focus from the bjd doll wigs. I think I ranted enough about bjd dolls for one day.
Winter finally came to Florida. Not that this means much.
It isn’t like it snows or anything. Regardless, we are shivering next to the heater.
I just couldn’t survive in the cold. My feet and hands do not retain heat.
They are eternally cold, unless if I wear socks or I take a hot bath.
I ranted enough for one day.
This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister.
Bye, bye and God bless.
Happy doll hunting everyone.
I hope you like.
