This is something not too far out there. Recently, another poor fellow died because of a lightning storm. Also a house got struck by lightning. The state of Florida is the number one state for lightning storms and lightning related death. As such, people tend to be cautious whenever a storm passes by. It is easy to tell when a storm is going to have lightning. If the clouds are cumulous nimbus, then they have lightning.
Just look for the bubbly, fat looking storm clouds. Most people do not bother to learn the difference. They also do not look at the flags warnings of the coast guards. In this beach, they are always warning about a terrible surf, and dangerous marine life. The beach has plenty of nurse sharks near the rocks. They are usually asleep in the morning. It is for this reason that the beaches are closed at night.
