This is like the third half of my photoshoot. Since the dress is like red, I tried a bit of photomanipulation.
I do not use photoshop with my photos. I just rely on the natural specs of the camera.
My computer cannot handle photoshop. My brother’s computer has photoshop. It seems like a bit of a pain to take his work computer for my nonsense.
I made an impulse buy today. It made me like super happy about it. The long and short of it is that I do not have the patience for pre-order bjd nonsense.
My folks have been thinking about going on vacation. It might happen in August or in September. Things back in the old country are going to hell.
Between you and me, I do not think things are ever going to get any better there. Then again, I am going through a bit of a phase.
I do not think the future is going to get better. I need to internalize more the live in the moment type of mentality.
It is like the only way to live at peace, for the most part. My poor father used to worry about the future a lot.
In the end, his worries caused him to go to his grave like super early. Well, there is no point in worrying about things that cannot be helped.
Truly, I do wish things would improve for the better. Though in my lifetime, I have only been witness to the down going of many places.
It has been a bit of a miracle that I managed to avoid the influences of the world. I truly, truly do wish things would get better for like everyone.
Back to talking about dolls. I chose this dress cause of the polka dot look. I thought it would provide an interesting pattern to photos.
I like the color red a lot. I like the color almost as much as I love the color pink. When I was like wee small, I used to like wearing pink a lot.
There was like a dress that I liked a lot. I tried to wear it often, even if it ended up being a little too tight for me.
These days I just wear whatever falls out of the closet. I am not too keen on being looked at, or noticed in the physical world.
If it was up to me, I would just blend into the background of everything. Lately, I have been living in my mind for a bit more than usual. I have been brainstorming a new book.
Normally, I like to wait to complete the current project. It is for this reason that I have started to write at other times as well.
The vampire book is now progressing now a lot quickly. The book is like 75 percent done.
I do not want to make it too long winded, unless if it is necessary. The only types of filler in the book are the pointless action set pieces.
I tend to find most action scenes superfluous. When I was younger, I used to put action very often. I would try to keep it nice and fresh.
This is why a lot of my early books have plenty of action inside of them. I know that folks find action amusing.
So, that is why it is there. The ending of the vampire book is more or less set in stone. The next book is going to be fantasy again.
I really do not like writing stuff in the real world. I prefer for my action to take place literally anywhere else.
I find it a bit sad that everything has become so Earth centered.
I suppose there are some things that cannot be helped. After I finish writing this blog, I am going to eat a bit of ice cream cake. I have been working pretty hard with the diet.
So, I think I deserve a little treat. The birdfeeders arrived. The birds have yet to discover the seeds I left for them. I left a little patch of seeds on the grass to guide them to the new bird feeders.
We have about 3 to work with. Two are for little birds, and the other feeder is designed for hummingbirds and butterflies. So far, they have yet to find it. Still, I like keeping my hopes up.
Any minute now, they are going to find the birdfeeder and then I can take a nice photo of the pretty birds. If anything, I can just enjoy seeing the birds eat while I sit down typing.
As far as TV stuff, I am watching the new Castlevania season. It finally seems to be back on form. The last season was a bit of a disappointment. I should say that I truly hated it. With any luck, they will be back to business.
My brother needed to finish seeing Super Girl with his Girlfriend, so we got a month of Netflix. We figured that we might see Castlevania while we had the membership.
Aside from Castlevania, we are seeing Healing Good Pretty Cure on Crunchyroll. It is a lot of fun and cute. It is being made by the animation studio that made Sailor Moon.
Sometimes you want to see something cute and adorable. The neighbors recently fed the mean cat that I like. It made me really happy. This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, Bye and God bless.
